IOT Power Service is required to undertake High Voltage isolation to allow safe access and repairs to water supply infrastructure. Two short power interruptions are planned as part of the isolation/de-isolation procedure.

The interruptions will affect all community residents and businesses in the Poon Saan, Taman Sweetland and Silver city areas. Also affected will be C.I.E.M, CIP laboratory area, Kiat's Service Station, the Shire office and Watercorp facilities located at George Fam Centre.

The attached map provides an image of areas that will be affected during the outage, excluding the hospital which will not be affected.

The first interruption will occur at 2.00pm Monday 10 July and take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The second interruption will occur at 2.00pm Friday 14 July and take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

As a precaution please ensure any electrical appliances are switched off during these works.

IOTPS apologises for the inconvenience and appreciates your understanding whilst we carry out the necessary isolation works.

If you have any further queries please contact Phillip Shanhun at phil.shanhun@infrastructure.gov.au or the IOTPS Administration office on 9164 7111.
